  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the inside of your oven-safe ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Crack one egg into each prepared ramekin. Add about 2 tablespoons of water to each ramekin as well.
  • Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and reduce the temperature to 360°F (182°C). Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Use a small silicone spatula to gently lift the poached eggs onto your desired dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
