  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
